"It's not what you do for your children, but what have you taught them to do for themselves that will make them successful human beings." Ann Landers

Hello My Name Is...

Ms. Villanueva

Villinuva

I first realized I wanted to be a teacher when I was in 2nd grade.
I had teachers who cared and taught me a lot throughout my elementary years. They are the reason I became a teacher.
I wanted to pass on the caring and learning I had received from them to another generation of children.

I attended Stephen F. Austin State University.
My favorite subject to teach is math.
I have been teaching for nine years.
I like watching the student's light bulbs go off when I'm teaching.

When I am not in the classroom, I spend time with my son. I enjoy traveling, decorating, and organizing. In the future I would like to go back to school and learn more about bilingual education.
